Egg whites mean this is healthy, right? The hand-cut fries at Spring Street Natural are really good, so whatever thing you get on the side of that is really extraneous. Ok fine, the egg white omelet was also really good … but let’s be honest, I was in it for the fries.

One of my fave meals in Nevis: Caribbean spiny lobster with coconut slaw and mango butter. So. Very. Delicious.
