1. Day 11: the coffee was terrible, but the congee breakfast at the airport was yum #japanagram

     

  2. Dinner: Chicken soup w/ jasmine rice and ginger (Taken with instagram) from an awesome Food & Wine recipe. We had some awesome leftover duck from Saturday’s surprise birthday extravaganza, so I warmed that up to replace the chicken. Also, instead of using 3 cups of chicken stock, I used 1 cup of mushroom and 2 cups of chicken.

    This is a fantastic soup if you’re feeling under the weather (which J is). Highly recommend it for the cold winter months, too! So easy.
